HOW TO SHOP

You can shop right here and now in our online store, or visit us at advertised events. If you'd prefer to shop off-line you can request an order form and product list. You can then phone, fax or email your order.

Simply shop, select your payment method and your delivery method! Our website will guide you through each step, but we've also compiled some pointers below:

Shopping online
Shopping online is safe and convenient. You can shop anytime of the day or night from the comfort of your home.
To shop online, simply click on any category under the "shopping" heading and start browsing. You can click on an item to view a full description or just click on the basket item to add it straight to your cart.

Creating an account
To create an account click on “Login” in the top menu. Under “New Customer” enter your full name, email address and a password. Click register.

You can also register automatically through the checkout. Once you have selected your products and quantities you can “Checkout” and enter your details.

Customer login
If you have shopped online with us before you will already have an account. By clicking on “Login” on the top menu you can view your previous orders as well as the progress of any current orders you have with us.

If you have forgotten your password click on the “Forgotten your password” link. You will be sent an email to your registered email address with your password.

Payment
We offer a range of payment options. Our preferred payment method is direct deposit, bank account details will be displayed in checkout.

You can also make your payment online by credit card or via Pay Pal. You do not need to have a Pay Pal account to pay via this method. You can also pay by credit card over the phone.

You can also post your money order or cheque with your order number to PO Box 408 Northam WA 6401.

We do not store credit card details. For more information see Security.

Security
Our online checkout has 128 bit SSL security for your peace of mind. We recommend payment by direct deposit (account details will be displayed in checkout). If paying by encrypted credit card your details are not stored and are unable to be viewed once payment has been approved. If paying via PayPal they also provide protection against unauthorised payments from your account.

Packaging
We proudly use recycled packaging which has previously been sent to us as well as biodegradable materials such as cornstarch packaging. If you would prefer not to receive your items in recycled packaging please let us know.

Postage & Handling/ Delivery / Pick up
We offer flat-rate postage and handling Australia-wide, with the exception of some bulky items.
We also deliver to selected areas. Any chilled products must be delivered. See our Delivery page for more details and prices.

You can order online and collect your order from our stall at an upcoming event. Please contact us first to arrange.

Returns
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty item please contact us immediately. If you feel a product is unsuitable it can be returned in its original state UNOPENED and UNUSED within 14 days. You must contact us first to arrange returns. Return postage is at the buyer’s cost.
